Who is Adam Nielsen?

Brisbane born and bred, I am a true blue Australian. I live and breath for camping, the beach, getting off-road in the 4x4, building, fixing and Improving everything. I believe it doesn’t matter how you get away, be in a tent, swag, rooftop tent, camper, motor-home, caravan, fifth wheeler or just in the back of your car. If it gets you away creating long lasting memories and exploring all we have to offer here in Australia, then really it does the trick!

I have been Involved within the caravan Industry since 2001, In my younger years I was always helping out and learning at my parents dealership in Queensland (Caravan County) at the time it was one of the largest dealerships in Queensland. I moved to Perth in 2012 with my young family and since then I have worked within the caravan Industry, working for two of the largest repairers in Perth. I have always succeeded in all of my past employments always moving up in management quickly and pleasing all customers I come into contact with. These management roles have only driven me more to create my own business and try to better help the travelers of Perth.

While living in Brisbane, in between helping my parents, I worked for a number of specialized businesses within Brisbane in the Automotive, 12v and accessory fitting sections for companies including Toyota, TJM, ARB, JB HIFI and Brisbane Car Audio (Strathfield Car Audio).

Who is Grace Jackson-Haynes?

Born in East Fremantle, I have always loved the West Australian spirit. I love the outdoors, be it hiking, camping, getting off-road with the 4x4 or the dirt bikes or just sitting at the beach on a summers day. I have always taken my previous roles very seriously and this has helped me to develop a personal connection with all of my customers. When a customer entrusts me with their van, I treat it like it is my own. To me, my customers are my family and I become Invested in the work being completed to their van and I ensure they are completely satisfied when the work is completed.

I love to chat, so if you need any advice, if you are looking to buy a new van or if you are stuck on how to use your fridge, you can rely on me to help. I am here to help the people of Perth or the travelers passing through Perth. My goal is to pass on my knowledge and experience, that I have developed working in the Industry and from my own travels to my wonderful customers to better aid them in their travels.

I have worked in the caravan industry for 10 years, my career started when I was just 18, working in the warehouse of one of the largest caravan wholesalers in Perth. 5 Years later I moved to a caravan repair center and was Involved in all aspects of running, what was then, a small business. When I was first employed the company consisted of myself and one other person running the shopfront, bookings and all of the customer enquiries.  Between the two of us we worked hard to ensure the five senior technicians were fully booked in the workshop on a full-time basis.  This is how I quickly developed my outstanding customer service skills and my understanding of all warranty and Insurance claims.
